KOS has two email groups. It is a very simple to use facility in which you can reach all the members on the list by sending just an email to a single address.

Regulations/guidelines to use the kos-yahoogroups:
- All messages must have a subject. (Several replies which come automatically from computers and contain virus, do not have subject or have peculiar subject)
- You should send only those mails which are addressed to all the members and concerned with all the members. Mails addressed to any individual are not to be sent on the group mail.
- Should not just click the reply button and send the messages because all the previous messages will also be passed on to the members again and again. - No individual thanks and congratulatory messages. Only the official thanks and congratulatory messages approved by the KOS managing committee.
- No advertisements.
- Any complaints, enquiries, etc about KOS matters should be addressed to concerned office bearer and not sent on group mail.
